Click here to use the Cooley GO Docs Employee Confidential Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement (Singapore) Generator.

As a resource to the community, we at Cooley GO have prepared a form of employee confidential information and inventions assignment agreement (ECIIAA) for use in Singapore. This document should be signed by each Singapore employee to confirm that the employee will protect any confidential information received as part of his or her employment, both during and after their employment, and that any work and inventions produced while working for the company related to the company’s business belong to the company and not to the employee individually.

Note that this document is intended for use by Singapore companies with Singapore employees only.
