What I do:
I partner with hyper-growth companies that raise venture or growth capital, guiding them toward successful IPOs or acquisitions. I also advise VC firms focused on high-growth startups.

Why Cooley?
At Cooley, we’re entrepreneurs and technologists at heart. Our passion lies in supporting visionary companies and embracing the risks that drive technological breakthroughs.

What my clients value:
Clients appreciate our pragmatic, action-oriented counsel and deep network, knowing we’re true partners through both successes and challenges.

When I’m not being a Cooley lawyer:
I guest lecture at MIT and host office hours at Harvard, mentoring students and alumni interested in entrepreneurship, venture capital and emerging companies. I love connecting with curious, driven students, many of whom become deeply engaged in supporting and founding innovative startups.
