What I do:
I advise growth companies from inception through their latest stages, as well as the investors who fund them. I also have extensive experience representing buyers and sellers in acquisition transactions.

Why Cooley?
We’re simply the best at what we do. That’s why I’ve been with the firm for my entire 30-year career since graduating from law school. I wouldn’t do this anywhere else.

Likes:
I enjoy workout classes – Orangetheory, CycleBar, Yoga Sculpt; watching a good series; receiving the paper version of The Wall Street Journal on my driveway every day; summers in the mountains; and trying to convince my three kids, Nico, Dani and Jules, that Mom really does know best.

Great reads:
My two favorite books are “Anna Karenina” by Leo Tolstoy and “The Sun Also Rises” by Ernest Hemingway.

I root for:
The goodness in people. I’m sometimes told I’m too trustworthy – in my view, it beats the alternative.
