What I do:
I help technology and high growth companies throughout their lifecycle, from entity formation, through debt and equity financings, to liquidity events such as merger and acquisition transactions and public offerings. I also advise venture capital and private equity investors in portfolio company investments and public companies on SEC reporting and other strategic transactions.
Why Cooley?:
We have a national practice with attorneys in many of the major technology centers. I work with a lot of New England companies, but I frequently collaborate with many of my colleagues in our other offices.
What my clients value:
Practical advice that helps them achieve their goals as quickly and efficiently as possible. I know that my clients would rather focus on building their business than navigating legal hurdles, so I try to make the process as quick and user-friendly as possible.
