What I do:
My practice focuses on representing technology firms as they grow and scale from private to public companies. I spend a significant amount of time helping these businesses structure and execute their initial public offerings and build the appropriate legal infrastructure they will need as a public company. I enjoy working with boards and management teams on a cross-functional basis to develop a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges these companies face.
