What I do:
I help businesses from startups to major public companies select strong, defensible brands and protect them worldwide. I guide them away from potential risk, and toward a well-thought out trademark strategy. If trademark disputes arise, I look for creative, cost-effective solutions that keep the company on track. If we can’t reach resolution, I’m prepared to litigate the case through trial and argue it on appeal, if necessary.
