What I do:
I help businesses from startups to major public companies select strong, defensible brands and protect them worldwide. I guide them away from potential risk, and toward a well-thought out trademark strategy. If trademark disputes arise, I look for creative, cost-effective solutions that keep the company on track. If we can’t reach resolution, I’m prepared to litigate the case through trial and argue it on appeal, if necessary.
What my clients value:
Experience, responsiveness, efficiency, problem-solving ability, and strong advocacy skills. I enjoy working with creative, entrepreneurial businesses at all stages to protect their intellectual property and advocate for their rights.
In my over 30 years at Cooley, I’ve seen our collaborative model at work for countless companies, enabling us to draw upon our broad range of talent to help them succeed and thrive.
