What I do:
I advise business leaders at all stages to navigate growth and make informed bet-the-company decisions. In many ways, I serve as outside “in-house” counsel, helping companies with a full range of legal matters such as financing, M&A, public offerings and securities matters. I also advise investors (angel, seed, VC and strategic) in their decision to partner with high growth companies. The ability to play a role in the growth and success of the most innovative companies on the planet drives what I do.
