What I do:
I solve legal and business problems for high-growth companies, from founders with an idea to publicly-traded companies. I often act as “outside general counsel” to the clients I work with, helping companies with various issues like capital raises, purchases of other businesses and sales of their business. I also serve as a client’s point of entry into the full range of legal services that Cooley has to offer, and use my experience to provide market knowledge on terms and strategies for navigating difficult situations. I also work extensively with venture capitalists and angel investors.
