What I do:
I work with entrepreneurs and venture capital investors in forming and financing emerging technology and life sciences companies. I handle everything from formations, venture capital financings, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, spin-outs and general corporate matters to initial public offerings and other strategic transactions.
